The room was spacious and clean, offering good heat insulation. We were able to reserve a crib for my friend's daughter last minute without any issues. the staff were friendly and professional, and the terrace overlooked the stunning Alcázar. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and the lovely common garden, which provided great views of the city. the hotel's location near the cathedral and Plaza Mayor was ideal for exploring. the underground parking was essential, as navigating the narrow streets of Segovia can be tricky. The hotel's 24-hour reception and tour desk were convenient for getting information on Segovia's main attractions, such as the Alcázar de Segovia. the elegant lobby and friendly staff made us feel welcome, and amenities like the terrace, coffee shop, and garden added to our relaxing stay. Overall, Hotel Don Felipe offers a perfect blend of history and modernity, making it a memorable choice for a stay in Segovia.
